The satisfaction of a perfectly framed and finished space. Off the clock, Vinny's on the golf course, at the gym, or out fishing
ANTHONY PERROTTA
Owner & Project ManagerAnthony founded Rotta Construction on a commitment to quality, communication, and craftsmanship. As Owner and PM, he handles everything from scheduling and client meetings to MEP layouts — keeping every project moving with precision and care. In 6 years, Anthony has developed a particular passion for the early stages of a build, especially framing and drywall, where the vision starts to take shape. Away from the job site, he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time at the Jersey Shore, and exploring new restaurants.
MAX FIELDS
Project ManagerMax brings 8+ years of construction experience to his role as Project Manager at Rotta Construction, with a background spanning production home building, large-scale commercial woodworking, and custom remodels. He works closely with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners from start to finish — with a deep belief that the more effort put in upfront, the smoother the project runs for everyone. His proudest moment on the job? Walking a client through the finished space and watching it all come together. Outside of work, Max can be found skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or golfing with his wife Darby and their dog Winnie.
VICTOR SILVA GALEANO
CarpenterWith 32 years of hands-on experience, Victor is the backbone of Rotta Construction's finish work. Specializing in interior carpentry, Victor brings precision and craftsmanship to every detail — from custom door installations to intricate mouldings. His favorite part of the job is the finish, where skill and patience come together to define a space. When he's not on site, you'll find Victor fishing or firing up the grill on a Sunday.
