Once the scope is defined, we move into a transparent agreement outlining schedules, costs, terms, permits, and approvals so everyone is aligned before construction begins.
Preparation & Demolition
We carefully prepare the site using proper protection methods, followed by partial or full demolition as required. All work is completed with inspections, organized waste removal, and responsible recycling.
Renovation & Construction

Finishing Touches

Warranty & Revisit
Upon handover, we review warranty coverage and remain available post-completion. Our 0–6 month warranty revisit ensures your home continues to perform as expected.
